One piece of advice I used to give my personal training clients is that they should always eat breakfast. Sometimes it gets boring because we tend to eat the same thing over and over, or we just grab what we can as we head out the door and it’s not always healthy. I thought maybe we could help each other out with this, so this week’s question is
What’s your favorite healthy breakfast?
